In this program participants will experience the creativity process through making different projects by themselves before leaving the training room. Participants will be aware of those three objectives:
Shifting the paradigm that creativity is a talent and can’t be acquired.
The effect of collective brain activities.
Experimenting the effect of certain stimuli on their creative brain.
The course is both participative and practical; participants learn in an active way through; simulations, discussions and presentations.
This learning-by-doing approach is supported by guidance from the trainer.
Participants are also given individual attention by the trainer to help diagnose aspects which are of particular significance to themselves.
