Resilience & Agility

Objective:

By the end of this program, managers, team leaders and staff will be prepared to
improve their awareness and application in three core agility competencies.
Including:
 Efficiency and responsiveness to changes.
 5 Competencies of Agile/Resilient leadership.
 Practicing and sustaining agility.

Methodology:
The course is both participative and practical; participants learn in an active way
through discussions, role plays, questions, simulations and exercises (both outdoor
and/or indoor). This learning-by-doing approach is supported by guidance from the
trainer. Participants are also given individual attention by the trainer to help diagnose
aspects which are of particular significance to themselves.

Program outline:
 What is agility in today’s management?
 Competencies of agile leadership.
 Five levels of Resilience/Agility: expert level, achiever level, catalyst level,
co-creator level and synergist.
 Assessing and developing agility in self and others.
 Profit of fast self-adjusting in uncertain or traumatic conditions.
 Sustainability of Agility professionally, individually and in the society.

Pre-requisites: An open mind and the motivation to learn.
Duration: Three days
