Reality and Fiction
In this program participants will experience the conflict resolution process through psychological innovative interventions. Participants will be aware of:
Unconscious roles in conflicts at the work place and socially.
Techniques to break the old conflict patterns.
Developing new methodologies to create a value of conflicts.
The course is both participative and practical; participants learn in an active way through; simulations, discussions and presentations.
This learning-by-doing approach is supported by guidance from the trainer.
Participants are also given individual attention by the trainer to help diagnose aspects which are of particular significance to themselves.

Diffusing others’ anger.
Dealing with high severity situations and teams.
Pre-requisites: An open mind and the motivation to learn.
