Emotional Intelligence (EI) at work

Objective:

By the end of this workshop, participants would learn:

1. The importance of Emotional Intelligence and how it contributes to higher levels of performance, professionalism & relationships.

2. How much EI that they have.

3. How to use hands-on tools and proven techniques to increase it.

4. Understand and effectively respond to "people" situations at work.

Methodology:

The course is both participative and practical; participants learn in an active way through; simulations, discussions and role-plays.

This learning-by-doing approach is supported by guidance from the trainer.

Participants are also given individual attention by the trainer to help diagnose aspects which are of particular significance to themselves.

Self awareness and self control at work

Empathy at work

Social expertness at work

Personal influence at work

Mastery of purpose and vision at work

Pre-requisites: An open mind and the motivation to learn.
